These general terms and conditions govern the use of the online fabric sales service at MenudaTela. By registering and placing an order, you expressly accept these terms.

1. Purchase Process and User Account

• To place an order at MenudaTela, creating a user account is mandatory. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Once your purchase is complete, we will securely process payment through Stripe and send you an email with the detailed order summary.
• Manual confirmation: Due to our stock management process, orders must be manually confirmed in our internal system (WordPress) by our team before being prepared and shipped. We will notify you of any change in status.

2. Prices and Shipping

All prices shown on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. Shipping costs will be clearly stated during checkout before confirming the purchase.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

• You have the right to request a return within the legally established period (14 calendar days from receipt).
• To start a return, you must contact us or request it from your customer area. This action will generate an internal note in our WordPress admin system to flag that the corresponding refund should be processed.
• Once we have checked the condition of the fabric and compliance with the return conditions, we will process the refund through the original payment method or the agreed channel.
