2. What Data Do We Collect and for What Purpose?

In order to provide our online sales services through our platform (built with WooCommerce and a Nuxt frontend), we collect the following data:

• Registration and account data: First name, last name, email address and password. Creating an account is mandatory to place orders (registration confirmation emails are sent).
• Purchase and shipping data: Postal address, phone number and payment details (securely processed through Stripe; MenudaTela does not store your full card details).
• Order and returns management: Information about purchases made, order summaries sent by email, and internal notes generated in our management system (WordPress) if you request a return so your refund can be processed.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the sales contract and the provision of the services requested when creating your user account and placing orders.

4. Data Retention

Personal data will be kept for as long as the commercial or user relationship is maintained and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any potential tax or legal liabilities.
